With more than two decades of experience in the homebuilding industry, Adam brings a comprehensive and strategic background that spans every facet of residential construction. He began his career in Construction Sciences with a focus on production homebuilding, quickly rising through the ranks of a regional builder. His success in operational leadership led him to roles with several national homebuilding firms, where he further refined his expertise in large-scale operations, organizational development, and strategic growth.

Adam’s deep industry knowledge and hands-on leadership style paved the way for his appointment as President of a custom homebuilding company specializing in infill redevelopment. He later served as Division President for a semi-custom homebuilder, expanding his experience in delivering highly tailored housing solutions while managing diverse teams and complex project portfolios.

Well-versed in every stage of new home construction—spanning Land Development, Purchasing, Operations, and Sales—Adam excels at aligning cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, high-performance homes. His passion lies in creating thoughtful, well-designed spaces that provide lasting value for homeowners and strengthen the communities they serve.

Adam lives in Waxhaw, North Carolina, with his wife Danielle and their two sons, Aiden and Austin. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying connected to the community he proudly helps build.
